Frequently asked questions
That depends on what you’d like to offer your leaders: Community membership, a Transform journey, or a mix. For Community, individual rates start at €149 per quarter or €499 per year (excl. VAT), with team rates from three leaders. For Transform and tailored options, we put together a proposal that fits your team.
We invoice in a way that suits your organisation: per quarter, per year or per program. EU clients can request a purchase order, and we handle VAT accordingly. Ask us for a sample invoice if it helps your procurement process.
Nothing at the individual level. What’s shared in a Growth Circle stays in the circle. We can share anonymised insights about how your team engages overall, never anything about one person.
It depends on what you choose. Community membership runs per quarter or per year, so your leaders have the continuity to build trust in their circle. A Transform journey has a fixed start and end date.
Yes. Some employers open it to all their leaders, others start with a specific group, like the management team or leaders going through a big change.
No. We match them with leaders from other companies, so they can speak freely and learn from different industries.
It’s not one-on-one coaching. The Community is where leaders learn from experts and each other every month. Transform is a deeper, guided journey. Both are built to bring what they learn straight into how they lead.
For the Community, about 2 hours a month: a 60-minute Growth Circle and a 1-hour Masterclass, which they can also watch back. Transform asks a bit more, over a set period.
