The Growth Circle
You will have your own Growth Circle of 3 to 5 leaders or founders. We curate the groups so you have a warm, open space every month to return to. We bring the structure, you and your peers bring the honest conversations and support.
The Masterclass
Every month, we invite an expert to teach something practical, live, that you can use straight away. Think of sessions with an acupressurist on releasing stress, an astrologer on your business chart, learning to set boundaries and defining your values and much more.
The Library
Every Masterclass is recorded and added to the library. It starts from scratch when the Community opens in October 2026, and grows a little richer every month after that.
The Directory
The full member list, so you can find each other by location or focus, and organize your own coffee chats, learn from each other, ask career advice and find new opportunities via the Aligned Ambitious Community Directory.
Curious how a Support Circle actually works? You’ll get the topic and questions in advance, join a room live on the day, and take it from there together. Rooms rotate, so you keep meeting new people across the Collective.

Our community is for highly ambitious leaders and founders who love what they do and want to keep growing, creating, and achieving, but are ready for more flow, freedom, energy, and fulfillment in the way they work, lead, and live.
Typically in their 30s or 40s, our members are founders, entrepreneurs, executives, and business leaders who lead teams, run businesses, or hold significant responsibility, such as €1M+ in annual revenue or budgets. We welcome all genders and industries.
They’re successful, driven, and grounded in the business world, yet equally curious about personal growth, consciousness, spirituality, and energetics. They want to bring these worlds together, integrating intuition and deeper awareness into their business, leadership, and everyday life.
Yes, a little. You don’t need a label for it, but you’ve already started and you’re open to more. Maybe you meditate, do breathwork or yoga, or work with your energy. This isn’t the place to start from zero. It’s where you build on what you already know, learn new tools you can use for yourself, your work and your team, and bring what you practise at home into how you lead and build. Grounded, practical, and with people at your level.
Every month: your Growth Circle with the same 3 to 5 peers, a live Masterclass with an expert (recorded for your library), and access to the member directory. Every now and then, an open Q&A with Floor.
Every month we explore a different side of being aligned and ambitious: in your work, your leadership, your team and your business results, and in yourself as a leader and as a person. Topics include:

About 2 hours a month: 60 minutes with your Growth Circle and a 60 minutes Masterclass, which you can also watch back. We do suggest adding some more time for intentions and reflection before and after the Growth Circle, as well as some reflection time and testing at work throughout the month to keep your momentum.
No. Your Growth Circle stays live-only, so everyone can speak freely. The Masterclasses are recorded and added to your library.
Yes, and that’s the point. Your Growth Circle is your own small group, so trust builds month after month. If you feel you’ve outgrown it, you can ask to move to a new circle. And through the directory you can connect with any member.
This autumn we’re starting with three Growth Circles, each with 3 to 5 founders or leaders. Your Growth Circle is your fixed group: the people you grow with throughout the program.
- Founders: you’ve built a startup or scale-up with at least €1M in revenue or significant funding raised, and you lead a team.
- CEOs & C-level leaders: you lead someone else’s startup or scale-up, with the same criteria: €1M+ revenue or significant funding, and a team.
- Corporate leaders: you lead a team and are responsible for millions in revenue within a corporate organisation.
Next to your fixed circle, thematic circles can form around topics you may want to explore separately, such as parenting & work or pregnancy & work. Members can suggest new themes, so more people can find their people.
€149 per quarter or €499 per year (excl. VAT). You commit per quarter or per year, which gives your circle the continuity it needs. You can expense it through your business or ask your employer to cover it.

No. It’s a space to learn and grow together. Experts share practical tools in the Masterclasses, and your Growth Circle is peer support. Looking for 1:1 coaching? We’re happy to point you to experts we trust.
