What happens every month, once you're in
The Community isn’t a feed to scroll. It’s a rhythm: a circle to talk in, a session to learn from, and a group of people to actually find.
The Support Circle
You will have your own Support Circle of about 5 professionals. We curate the groups so you make sure to have a warm, open space every month to return to. We bring the topic, the questions and the room, you and your peers have the conversation.
The Deep Dive
Every month, we invite an expert to teach something practical, live, that you can use straight away. Think of sessions with an acupressurist on releasing stress, an astrologer on your business chart, learning to set boundaries and defining your values and much more.
The Library
Every Deep Dive is recorded and added to the library. It starts from scratch when the Community opens in October 2026, and grows a little richer every month after that. If you join in 2026 you get a special rate and can help shape the next Deep Dive topics.
The Directory
The full member list, so you can find each other by location or focus, and organize your own coffee chats, learn from each other, ask career advice and find new opportunities via the Aligned Ambitious Community Directory.

Sessions are live hosted every 2nd Wednesday of the month, 4-5pm CET and are recorded. You will get the recording afterwards.

Good to know before you apply
Ambitious professionals, whether you work in a corporate role, lead a team, or run your own business. People who think and decide for a living, and who are somewhere on their own journey of redefining what success means to them. Typical age is between 28 – 40 years old. We welcome all genders and see roughly 70% women, 30% men.
A curated Support Circle topic with guiding questions and breakout rooms, a live Deep Dive with an invited expert, that month’s recordings added to your library, and full access to the member directory throughout.
No. Support Circle conversations are peer to peer and stay live-only, so people can speak freely. The Deep Dive sessions are recorded and added to your library.
You will have your own monthly group for the Support Circle but you can request to join a new Support Circle if you feel you e.g., outgrown the old one. You can also use the directory to reconnect with anyone you’d like to see again.
€39 a month, or €399 a year on the yearly plan, which saves you €69. Both are excl. VAT and both are self-join, so you can start right away per 1 October 2026. You can also request your employer to pay for you or expense this on your business.
The Collective opens October 1st 2026. From then on, it’s self-join, so there’s no waitlist and no application. Sign up, and you’re in the next Support Circle and Deep Dive.
Not yet. The library starts from the very first Deep Dive in October 2026 and grows every month after. This means you can let us know which topics you would love to see and can help shape the next experts & sessions.
No. The Collective is a community and a learning space, not a substitute for coaching or therapy. Deep Dive experts share practical tools, and Support Circles are peer support. For coaching, check out our recommended experts under ‘experts’.
It’s a community for ambitious professionals who want their work and their wellbeing to reinforce each other instead of competing. Being a conscious community simply means we talk openly about what usually stays unsaid: energy, alignment, purpose and what success actually brings to you, alongside the ambition itself.
Most professional communities are built around your industry or job title. The Collective is built around where you are in your own journey, redefining what success means to you. You’ll meet conscious professionals asking the same questions, not just exchanging business cards. Discussing with professionals that are not in your same industry or company, will help you uncover opportunities and get inspiration you would usually not have access too. Yet, the similarities in challenges and struggles, will be helpful to see and to learn from each other.
